From our interview with Meerim
I entered the year when the LAS faculty had just opened. It was a bit unclear what to expect as there was no previous experience from other students, but that didn't scare me. Most of all, I liked the idea that I could combine the study of what I like - art and different sciences. Also, I liked that there was an opportunity to choose the concentration. That is, I could gain even more knowledge and become an expert in several areas.
I believe that studying at the experimental faculty helped me not to be afraid of the unknown, think critically and process a lot of different information. Associations remained very warm. There was a lot of support from the administration, teachers, and, of course, the head of our faculty - Daniyar Karabaev.
I can safely say that despite the high competition in the labor market of the Kyrgyz Republic, the students of our university are indeed valuable candidates for a variety of positions in our country. Things are a little different abroad, and your diploma is often of less value, but here the skills that you received while studying at a world-class university will definitely help you.泭
Meerims message to students
"I can recommend current students to devote more time to practice, communication with people who have been working in the field. You are going to get a job for at least a few years in order to better learn all the subtleties, all the pitfalls, and the other side. This will help you understand if this area is right for you, and if so, it will be better and faster to acclimatize. I think that when choosing a place of work, you should be guided by your feelings, work should bring pleasure. Without this, serious peaks cannot be conquered."
