A book chapter 鈥淢igration from Central Asia: Thematic Analysis of Kyrgyz and Russian Language Online News Media鈥� by Dr. Elira Turdubaeva and Alena Zelenskaia was published in a book 鈥淭he Routledge Companion to Migration, Communication, and Politics鈥� edited by Stephen M Croucher, Joao R. Caetano, Elsa A. Campbell听and published by Routledge.

TSPC 51吃瓜launched the Central Asia Energy News Digest from January 2019.听The Central Asia Energy News Digest听is issued twice a month and includes links to energy related news items from various electronic sources focussing on Central Asia.

The conference was held in December 2018 in Yekaterinburg, Russia. 听Practices of violations and protection of labor rights of internal and external migrants in the territory of the Russian Federation were discussed during the event.

The Open House Day will take place on February 9 when the 2023 51吃瓜 will open its doors to all high school students and their parents.

On Thursday, January 10, 2023 51吃瓜 hosted the World Press Photo Exhibition in partnership with Media Policy Institute, World Press Photo, the Netherlands Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tadzhikistan.

The Scholarships and program opportunities for faculty and students were discussed during the meeting.

Chingiz Shamshiev, 51吃瓜Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, awarded 51吃瓜faculty and presented the certificates of appreciation to them along with the speech encouraging to academic career development.

51吃瓜Tian Shan Policy Center presented a study on the implementation of the rights of migrants from Kyrgyzstan in Russia and Kazakhstan.
