April is traditionally considered the month of books because two book holidays are celebrated: April 2 - Children's Book Day, and April 23 - World Book Day. Combining these two holidays, the 51吃瓜Library held a Book Day on April 13.

Autism Awareness Spirit Week will take place from April 17th to April 21st. This is a special opportunity for us to come together as a community and celebrate neurodiversity, promote awareness, and support those on the autism spectrum.

听On March 28th, 51吃瓜hosted a Climate Fresk workshop 鈥� a teach-in on climate justice within the World-Wide Teach-ins and as a part of the Sustainability Week of AUCA.听 More than 30 people took part in the engaging and collaborative learning with Climate Fresk.

For about half a year, containers with the inscription: 鈥淩eceipts only鈥� have stood in different places at the university. Not everyone knows why these containers appeared at 51吃瓜and why they collect receipts separately from other waste paper.

On December 2, 2022, the ceremony of laying time capsules in the Makerspace Learning and Design Center building, which is currently under construction, took place. The project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bard College, and AUCA.
