The Center for Civic Engagement of the American University in Central Asia (AUCA) is pleased to announce a creative competition among young people aged 14-30 years, dedicated to environmental protection, waste management (waste collection, recycling), upcycling, popularization of eco-conscious behavior, eco-habits in everyday life.

Three days from March 3 to March 5, 2023, 23 selected students and teachers began learning podcasting from basics to production. Project 鈥�51吃瓜Podcast Sprint - 51吃瓜Voices'' was announced and organized by Tynymgul Eshieva, Assistant Professor of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications, with the support of the OSUN EHCN Project Development Grant.听

On Thursday, March 2, 2023, the department of Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science organized a production tour to the company of 鈥淭oyboss鈥� on the courses of鈥淓nvironmental Management System

51吃瓜Sustainability Week will be from听March 27th till March 31st.听As part of this week's activities will be conducted Climate Fresk Workshop, Regenerative Practices Workshop, Recycling Workshop, #Make Climate a Class, and videos from the OSUN network on Climate Change will be displayed every day during lunchtime on the forum

Aslan Alparov is an 51吃瓜alumnus who graduated in 2021 with a degree in Applied Geology. Aslan is now pursuing his Master鈥檚 degree in Geological Science at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. At the same time, he works as a Field Geologist at the SSR Mining company.
