Mary Schweitzer Scholarship for Excellence in Anthropology welcomes applications from promising students of Anthropology, Technology and International Development Department at AUCA. The aim of this scholarship is to support students who show commitment to and excellence in anthropology. This year, the scholarship fund raised over $3000.

This semester, first time in history, four NGA alumni Sezim Askarbekova, Aliiya Egemberdieva, Aizada Almazbekova, and Marsel Sadykov have become the finalists of Bard Globalization and International Affairs Program (BGIA) and Bard Program in International Education (PIE).听听

Finally, after two long years in quarantine, our students returned to the campus and charged it with their energy! Today on October 15th all the 51吃瓜community gathered together to celebrate the last day of Spirit Week, that day was everyone's favorite Pajama Day, where our students came to the campus in what they sleep in!

On October 15, 17:30,听Eduard will meet with 51吃瓜students and alumni to discuss his journey, exchange opinions, and draw a parallel between conquering the highest peak on earth with leadership and life.

Student Life Office is glad to announce that SPIRIT WEEK 2021 is already started! 51吃瓜community celebrates our University Spirit by dressing up in a different theme every day. Students with the highest level of participation will win prizes and certificates!

Today, as the result of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is important to keep sanitary and hygienic standards for your safety. 51吃瓜Therapist Elmira Amandykova once again reminds us how to protect our loved ones, ourselves, and avoid the disease.

On October 8, the 51吃瓜community held an annual Club Fair exhibition where all AUCA's students clubs have presented their activities and achievements to recruit new members into their ranks.

51吃瓜Development Office is pleased to announce that Nazik Akmatova, an 51吃瓜Economics senior has been selected for the Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank scholarship. KICB will partially cover tuition for her up to $4,000. That's not all, she will also be employed by KICB immediately after graduation.

Last year, the Writing and Academic Resource Center (WARC) developed and filmed a series of video tutorials on the Kyrgyz language for students who do not speak Russian. This work was highly appreciated by the National Commission on the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
