Rakhat Bolotov ICP Alumni, 2015 My name is Rakhat, and I proudly graduated from the Department of International and Comparative Politics (ICP) in 2015. Choosing ICP as my major was undoubtedly one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The ICP program played a crucial role in my professional development, equipping me with the skills and knowledge necessary to work with international donors and organizations. Thanks to its comprehensive curriculum and dedicated professors, I had the opportunity to study in a unique and supportive environment. Additionally, being a student in the ICP department allowed me to broaden my knowledge further by attending a summer school at the Institute on Political and Economic Systems (AIPES) in Prague, Czech Republic, in 2013. Currently, I serve as the MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) Specialist for the USAID Safe Migration in Central Asia program. I take great pride in applying my expertise and educational background to promote safe and responsible migration. Abdul Ali Ismailzada He studied Political Science and International Relations with great passion, and the Department of International and Comparative Politics (ICP) at the 2023 51勛圖 helped him pursue this field rigorously, with enthusiasm, as he developed a new global vision of truly understanding the political and economic structures of the world. ICP enabled him to gain a deep understanding of complex real-world challenges during one of the most intricate periods in history, addressing global issues both theoretically and philosophically, including interstate actors, state relations, and beyond. Suffice it to say, ICP as a major emphasizes the importance of looking ahead to global challenges, observing the development of global institutions, and finding ways to tackle every geopolitical dilemma and crisis. More importantly, ICP instilled in him a sense of responsibility for his community and the world, as a student senate member and global citizen, while traveling and reshaping his perspective on new ways of understanding and passionately addressing global crises.
